SOUND

Exhibition Catalog

Published by Subtropics Editions in 2020 to mark the eleventh anniversary of SOUND, this 42-page catalog documents the sound-art exhibition curated and designed by Gustavo Matamoros for The Bass Museum of Art in 2009.

The catalog brings together descriptions of the exhibited works, installation photographs by Luis Olazabal, the exhibition layout and credits, a curator’s statement by Matamoros, and an essay by David Dunn. It was designed by Claudia Ariano, then operating as Arianographix.

For the history of the exhibition, its organization, technical design, participating artists and related programming, visit SOUND: A Sound Art Exhibition.

The PDF edition is available by donation directly from Subtropics Editions. To request a copy, write to info@subtropics.org.
